Email from Customer letting me know they received and liked the "Your Telecom Problem Solver" postcard. Offered to reply with testimonial of satisfaction and savings. blessings! at&t has been publishing Customer's fax number in phone book for two years. Seems like Customer left fax number with at&t and moved other numbers to CLEC. Nobody told at&t to publish Customer's main telephone numbers. Put a couple of hours into working with Tweet Deck getting multiple Twitter Accounts on same Tweet Deck. Setup @FamilyCoachUS @TelecomBill along with @FortKnoxInc. TelecomBill "Chief Problem Solver"
